My Dream Restaurant

My dream restaurant         A restaurant i really want , With lots of people all around,  But not someone who could taunt  But sounds of laughter could be found.  Charging money will not be our policy , Everyone will be protected and safe  You may surely get some privacy  With no of our members creating a gaffe . Spoons , forks , knives all will be near  Plates in different size and shape  You may feel like a great prince here . With a long draped cape . There would be food from all cuisine , With secret recipes and spices , People of all ages sixty and sixteen  Will definitely enjoy the different types of rices.  Our theme would always change  Red , pink , blue and green wallpapers , There would be healthy fruits like apple ,banana , orange . My scenery drawings

 I usually didn't like to make scenery drawings but this summer holidays were really boring without relatives so I decided to try making some scenery drawings . Some of them are here presented -  1▪︎  This is a drawing about sunset and a beautiful scene is presented with the water flowing through the jugs  2▪︎  This is a night scenery with many stars in sight and a lovely hill with ice.  3▪︎  This is drawing near a beach with a lovely site of  birds flying.  I hope you enjoy these drawings . (  Poem  ) friends     Author - mihika kerkar  Sweet friends or sour ,        Hmm.... hard heart friends or soft as flour .   Few friends or many ,           Never countable by any penny.  Friendship is a very big matter ,       Just silent or by chatter .   Playing is the best part ,          Even if online while going to mart . Breakfast , lunch , dinner all together ,          Is the time to spend with one another .     Now I understood how is a friend  No matter what , by old or new trend .

Corn mayo canape

 Today evening I was feeling very hungry ,and thought of making something delicious and yummy without cooking on fire . So I decided to make use of canapés that were available at home.  First I took  boiled corn and peas in a mixing bowl , gradually added  tomato and then  mayo . Mixed everything in a nice and delicate manner . After it was mixed thoroughly I sprinkled a bit of pizza seasoning / oregano seasoning  and also added a bit of  chilli flakes and mixed it well with the mix . I then added the mayo mixture in the canapés equally and grated some cheese on the top . Finally I grilled it in the microwave for about 1 minute .  It was ready !  Hope you all like it !

Diwali celebration 2020

This year 's Diwali was different it was all without friends and relatives . As we were having holidays from online classes , I decided to join my family in cleaning all rooms . We started with our living room and went on to the rest.  It was a lot of fun locating old things and remembering old memories . Four days before Diwali we decided to make faral ( savouries ) . I with my mom and sister made snacks and sweets like chakli , ribbons , rava laddoo , chiwda ,karanji and shankar pale .   One day prior to  Diwali we drew a beautiful rangoli outside our house .  We also had fun painting diyas made up of mud . This Diwali even though was without relatives I enjoyed a lot especially while making faral .

Choco Oreo Popsicle

Yesterday during the afternoon I felt like cooking something. I went through several videos to make Popsicles. I had seen one video of making Oreo cake earlier, so I decided to make an Oreo popsicle. I took Oreo biscuit , separated its cream and crushed the biscuit . Later I added some milk and mixed it well . Before putting it in the ice tray I thought of adding some bits of chocolate in the mix . To my surprise while we were eating, all the chocolate bits had settled on the bottom which created a nice shading of white and brown. It was delicious!
